Scotty's Stadium used to be called Pips way back in the day. This corner bar has been in Washington for decades and recently was remodeled. If you haven't been there in a while, I'd definitely pop in and check out the changes. Definitely has some of the friendliest bartenders and owner around.
Dive bar with an older crowd, but i like dives.
Update: Complete overhaul to the place. The men's bathroom is grade A. I'd add a half star, but there's no option.
