WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN, I WENT THERE WITH A ISSUE WITH MY CELL AND OLDER BLONDE HAIRED LADY ASKED IF I WANTED A UPGRADE I SAID NO AND SHE SAT DOWN AND STARTED PLAYING ON HER CELL, BASICLLY IGNORED ME WHEN I SAID NO TO A UPGRADE. GO TO ROCKAWAY FOR GREAT HELP.
Dont they want to sell phones anymore. I even let them know I had an older phone that needed an upgrade. And this is supposed to be the new management. Not sure if I want to stay with Verizon anymore. I like dealing with company's that hustle for business like I do. Don't go here unless your into talking to yourself or getting minimal answers like you get from people who just dont care about there job. I wish Verizon people were as hungry as there ads there is a serious disconnect when you walk into the store.
