My wife and I go to Ernie and Dom's whenever we can, and have been going there for 27 years. The food is excellent, authentic Italian and the service is accomadating and efficient. The owners are there all the time and prepare their food with pride and love. It is important to them, as it is with most Italian families, that their guests relax and enjoy their food. Anyone who enjoys good Italian food will love Ernie and Dom's.
I was there recently celebrating a friend's wedding. The service was okay, but the food I was served was awful. I ordered a cheese steak and it was served to me cold. If that wasn't bad enough, the "steak" was very dry and overcooked. The cheese was quite thin and practically non-existent. The only saving grace to my meal was the lemonade. I did not say anything to the bride and groom because I didn't want to spoil their day.
Definitely a family restaurant. Food is good to the last bite.
Probably the best pizza in the area. Fast & friendly staff/delivery.
