The regular part of the store and staff are great. The pharmacy is horrible, the service is bad, the medications are frequently unavailable, and mistakes are commonly made. My family had used it on occasion, but we felt that we were loosing brain cells every time we dealt with them, therefore we had transferred all our prescriptions to Warren County Pharmacy because their service and friendly demeanor made it a pleasure to deal with, then Rite Aid bought them out, and now we are very reluctantly back to having our prescriptions filled there again.
5 stars are for the service we receive from the front end of the store. The pharmacy - may god bless the people that work there. The pharmacy could stand a great improvement. The gentleman that works in the pharmacy is not very people friendly.
Excellent Pharmacy. Store is fully stocked with Drugstore items and groceries. Quiet, courteous.
Don't bother to go here for greeting cards. All they have are birthday cards & cards for the next approaching holiday. Waste of time and gas.
Absolutely horrible. Old, fairly large male pharmacist (whose face is on the board when you walk in) is extremely rude to all customers. As a pharmacy your job is to provide medication to people you don't know, which means you don't know what they are going through. You would think they would naturally approach their customers with kindness and treat them with some level of respect instead of the arrogant attitude you get when dealing with this man. I recommend avoiding this pharmacy, or I recommend Rite Aid reevaluating this man's position because this is not the first or last complaint about him.
