Great store they were very helpful the 5 times I went in there in 1 day. Didn't try to get me to buy stuff I didn't need great store will be using again and recommending to everyone I know.
Not a plumber but needed a special handle for my older bathtub. Made the mistake of buying without getting advice at Home Depot and Lowes. What I bought didn't fit, and bottom line is they didn't have what I needed. Went to another plumbing supply store that didn't have what I needed but at least they suggested I try Lin supply. Dave knew just what I needed and had it in stock when no one else did.
I woke up this morning and had no heat, I figured I need a new thermostat based on some quick tinkering, I called Lin Supply after being recommended by a local hardware store. I'm happy I did, they had an exact replacement for my thermostat which I brought in too make sure, where close to my home, and gave me some knowledge on the operation and installation on my device. Everything went smooth and the guys in their were real nice. Definitely my new go to plumbing supply. Thanks for the help

They seemed nice. Told me $90 for service call. Gave me a bill for $330. They completely lied to me over the phone. Didn't have tools, had to leave and come back a couple times and ha f2f to come back the next day with different tools that they didn't have. Will never use again. Stay away
