Pleasant Valley is warm and friendly and very accommodating. Everyone there is so happy you know the animals feel this. Thank You for taking care of Janry's many needs.

Once we got home we realized...the poor kitty couldn't walk! So I wondered if the doctor looked at him at all? After all these years I was never really happy with the people at Pleasant Valley Veterinary in Washington, NJ. Thanks to these morons my cat can't even walk and he might have to be put down because these horrible people wouldn't give him the time of day.

I wish I could give them no stars. This past Thanksgiving something was wrong with my cat. We took him here which is also where we adopted him, so they know his whole history. After they examined him this Doctor Katie called my mom. I literally heard her say "He's lost a lot of weight since we last saw him. Since he lost so much weight so fast he might have hyperthyroidism!" After my mom explained it wasn't that fast, over the course of a year and a half, in fact, the "doctor" immediately replied "Oh well, because he lost so much weight over a long period of time that indicates he has thyroid problems so I want to do blood work" Contradict yourself much? We took him home because even if he did have thyroid problems I would not put my cat through that. He's too old! I couldn't put my parents through that either since they're the ones that would have to give him the pill.

Since we've been to Pleasant Valley Veterinary Services, we've had nothing but a great time. We sang Happy Birthday to my dog while he got his nails clipped, it was fun. Titan received all kinds of compliments, attention, and treats which made our big guy enjoy his whole experience and routine of shots. Our Doctor that day, Linda Dziedzic, was incredible and vibrant; she really made our first vet visit with out big dog go so smooth and really made it stress free for us. We've been there for 3 separate dogs(2 ours) and it's always been a great experience. I recommend this place, they are friendly, knowledgeable and offer options at every step of the route, when possible, to help you and your pet's journey.
