The purchase process was simple and straightforward. So far, all of my interactions with Rossi's staff have been great. A vehicle is one of the largest purchases you can make, with Rossi it was low-stress and fast. Their shop is the cleanest and most organized I've ever seen at a dealership - that helps inspire confidence that my new truck will be in quite capable (and clean!) hands when it's serviced.
Best place to buy a car in town, super nice staff. Nicest car dealership I have ever been to, they offer so many benefits with your purchase and are always sweet and kind. I usually hate going to car dealerships but these people have treat you with real respect and virtuously. I honestly think if you are in the area looking for a car for the best price, with the best people go here.
Not sure about purchasing from them, but, the owner and his wife are great people, and I am sure they will be helpful. I love the fact they help to raise funds at their Festival of Trees for people with ID/DD.

First of all, I have to begin this review by admitting that I absolutely hate dealing with car dealers. Now, having said that, our experience with Rossi Buick in Washington was nothing but positive. Our salesperson, Bethanne, was extremely knowledgeable yet not at all pushy. Everyone else we dealt with from the finance person to the manager to the tech person who set up all the technology in the car were wonderful and low key. I would tell anyone looking to buy a new Buick, Chevy or GMC to go to Rossi. You won't be disappointed.

Always got back to me quickly with answers to my (many) questions and located the 2018 Traverse I was looking for in the trim package I wanted.
