At Ford Smith I can always get a quick appointment for an issue or oil change for my Ford Edge. Staff is always courteous, and they'll give me a ride home and pick up if I can't wait more than an hour. Always happy to bring my car for service where I bought it.

I settled for a different used focus with 10,000 miles. There were some bumps along the way including never receiving a drivers manual and having to purchase my own out of pocket. Also the "needs oil change" light went on 1 week after my purchase despite being told that the car had "all fluids checked" prior to purchase. Then I was charged for this oil change which should have been done prior to me even buying! There was confusion when I said I would not pay for this oil change and also expected my actual first oil change to be free...

Long story short my buying experience was not pleasant and I think a lot of it was due to this manager Jack who was more interested in Carfax than listening to customer concerns and also not providing help or proper support to new employees.. With that being said I still take my car here for periodic oil changes and have not had any further issues. The service staff seem well informed and supportive. I hope the management on the sales end has improved

I initially bought a used but relatively new Ford Focus here about a year ago. The initially buying process was disappointing as I was almost about to buy a focus on re-sale with 20,000 miles that clearly had it's bumper replaced. The trunk did not close properly despite the manager Jack insisting that nothing was wrong as no accident report popped up on "Carfax." I even went as far as looking under the car and noting replacement parts and showing them to the manager. His solution was getting a highlighter and drawing on the trunk door to see if any of the high lighter smudged onto the bumper (which it did). In addition no one was willing to guide and assist the newly hired salesperson that was assisting me in buying my first car.. Thankfully I did not get talked into buying the overpriced used car that was obviously in a fender bender that not even the dealership knew about.

I had to be towed here after my car's transmission went kaput. The woman in the service department is a saint. She was pleasant, patient and took it upon herself to set me up with Enterprise so I could get a temporary vehicle. To actually have someone take care of that for me - giving me one less thing to stress about - was incredible and above and beyond what I would have expected. I haven't had service completed on my vehicle but I'm willing to rate them high based on the commitment to service.
