What I appreciate most about Bobby's Auto are Bobby's integrity and ability to clearly communicate what goes on with all of my beater cars (I've had a few) I never feel like I'm being cheated or conned into doing work that doesn't need to be done... and I also trust him when he tells me something is necessary. I know he does a complete and thorough job... and I can tell you that the people in my life who I trust most around cars... trust Bobby the most around their cars.

I can't say enough good things about this mechanic. He's knowledgeable, yes, but he's also great at what he does. He's got competive labor rates and he's never once screwed me over. When I bring a car to him a get the following: explanation of problems; a hierarchy or importance (so I know what's immediate and what's not) what I can probably do myself if I'm feeling bold enough to work on the car; the maximum cost of the work (it usually ends up a little less); and an honest opinion on whether it's worth even fixing the car.
Got screwed big time out of a transfer case. unprofessional diagnosis skills tried calling no one ever got back to me . .
