I just want to comment that within the last three months, my two friends and I had similar experiences. We all brought our vehicles in for alignment. The issue being that their state of the art - computerized alignment machine could not provide us with the results (before and after). I don't know how many other customers had this similar experience, but I would like to suggest that they resolve this issue if they want repeat business from me. On the positive side, very friendly staff.
Within past two months, they used the wrong motor oil on a simple oil change (I told them it was wrong when they entered the ticket, but it did not matter in the end), and they installed the wrong brake pads on my daughter’s car. Has gone dramatically downhill since they changed from STS, will not be back.

I love this Mavis (formally STS). They are quick, thorough, courteous and never over charge. I NEVER have problems with my car after they work on it. They have a nice waiting area with a TV. The bathroom is nice also. Overall, I love the work they do. 100% quality 100% of the time!
Worst service I have had and the work they did was unacceptable. I would suggest any other place in the area.
