Excellent experience. I can't imagine a more friendly or child oriented place. I only wish they had a ramp for my baby stroller. Looking forward to returning!
For the life of me I can not understand how this guy has a decent rating. In my experience he does not deserve even one star. He traumatized my daughter. From the time she got in chair instead trying to reassure her, he jabbed a needle in her mouth without warning. He yelled at her for crying and made me leave the room, I assumed so he could calm her down. However with me out of the room, he became more aggressive and rude. Telling her that "she couldn't see Mommy until she stopped crying and threatened to strap her to a board. When she expressed something hurt or was uncomfortable he answered "deal with it." He didn't even finish drilling the cavity, so that tooth wound up getting worse. He also did a root canal on a tooth that had no issues. THREE MONTHS LATER... She is so traumatized and in constant fear of when she will have to see him again. She gets scared driving by the building. Where most kids are counting the days to summer in excitement my sweet little girl dreads it, knowing she will need a cleaning then. We will never go to this dentist again but unfortunately she may never trust another dentist again. I urge you not to let him work on your child. The damage is beyond tooth repair.

Will never recommend him!! Took my children here over a one year period. In the beginning it was all great. This dentist does not return phone calls to address any of your concerns. Not considered important to him. Just time will tell. There are reviews on other websites which I ended up coming across having similar experience as others have had after the fact of what had happened. FOS
I can't believe he received such horrible review. My visit was approx 4 months ago. This dentist was more concern for my 2 year old then I was during the visit. He pulled my baby's two front teeth within minutes and he was very gentle doing so. At no time did I leave my child alone nor was I asked to do so. I was relieved that the extractions were so easy and painless for my son. I wanted him to address his cavities as well since the extractions went so well. Dr. Dustin insisted on us making another visit out of concern that my baby would be overwhelmed. His office is kid friendly and his staff is very helpful. My husband and I went in for a cleaning as well and we will definitely be going back.
